URI MARCH 26 : A 27-year- old man died due to electrocution in Nambla village of Uri town on Thursday afternoon.

The deceased has been identified as Sajad Ahmad S/ O Abdul Rasheed Sheikh, a resident of Nambla.

Reports said that Sajad was repairing a line at home when he received an electric shock.

He was taken to sub district hospital (SDH) Uri, where he succumbed to the injuries.

He was working as sales man with Mir Medicate in Uri.

Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
