Police have arrested two over ground workers(OGW) of LET in pattan area.According to press release issued hear that On 27/3/20 Pattan Police received a reliable information that Showkat Ahmed Mir S/O
Nazir Ahmed Mir R/o Wussan and Showkat Ahmed Yatoo S/o Mohd Akbar Yatoo R/o Chanderhama are providing all sorts of logistics to Saleem Parrey S/o Gh Mohd Parrey R/o Hajin a Active Militant of LET and Abu Zargam R/o Pakistan a active Foreign terrorist on this joint Forces of Police Army and CRPF Successfully apprehended both of them regarding which FIR No 51/ 20 U/S 18,18B, 19,20,39 ULA(P) Act lodged in P/S Pattan on Preliminary questioning it Came to Surface that Showkat Ah Mir S/o Nazir Ahmed Mir @ Showkat Moulvi R/o Wussan was previously booked also and presently he was a active member of Lashkar but he along with Showkat itoo of Chanderhama were peresently assigned the job of transporting Lashker cader from one place to another besides providing shelter Moreover they were also assigned the job of Recruiting Young Locals of Pattan Area in to Lashkar Tanzeem and recent Missing Boys of Wussan and Andergam were recruited by them
Their Modus operandi was sending boys to Pakistan on valid documents where in they were trained and on their return they were provided weapons both of them further disclosed that they had some Arms and ammunition which they had to provide to Abu Zargam which was also recovered by joint forces.
