
Follow COVID-19 SOPs in Letter and Spirit for Averting Exigencies: G M Lone

Baramulla, March 20: Chief Education Officer Baramulla G M Lone today chaired a meeting with heads of various educational institutions and other concerned functionaries of education department where he took stock of overall educational scenario especially in view of new education session.
On the occasion, the CEO Baramulla flanked by Deputy Chief Education Officer Balbir Singh Raina took a detailed appraisal of various aspects associated with the smooth functioning in educational institutions wherein he emphasized for mobilising all the available resources productively. He directed to make necessary arrangements in view of new education session and follow all related SOPs and guidelines pertaining to prevention of COVID-19.
Moreover, CEO added that every effort will be made to impart qualitative education among the students. He affirmed that compensatory classes shall be provided mainly to compensate the academic loss that occurred due to subsequent knockdowns.
Deputy Chief Education Officer Balbir Singh Raina briefed the meeting about various arrangements that have been made by the department for starting the new session smoothly.
