SRINAGAR , MARCH 25 :

The anti-corruption bureau Thursday raided the houses of a former buracucate and a close relative of a siting DDC member from Srinagar. Sources in the ACB told RNA that searchs were conducted in the residential houses of both during the raid. A senior officer of the anti-graft body told RNA,That sleauths raided residential premises of Ghulam Mohammad Rather and Farooq Ahmad Renzu   at Balhama, Nishat, Jawahar Nagar, Sidhra & Bathindi Jammu . Ghulam Mohammad Rather is father of a District Development Councillor from Srinagar & Farooq Ahmad Renzu  is an Ex. Bureaucrat of erstwhile J &K State. Reportedly day long searches were conducted in connection with cases against them by ACB for possession of disproportionate assets. RNA
